Form Teams to Build Success Part 2

Over time, I realized I wasn’t alone. Even though I was on the road “less traveled” I wasn’t alone. There weren’t a lot of people in my life path, but there were some. I did have some company. These were people that had learned form the mistakes that I was about to make. These were the people that could help me course correct before I got into a real jam. These people had a better vantage point and more experience. These people could save me lots of time, money, energy, and psychological wear and tear.

The people I am referring to are called mentors. The only two ways to learn to be successful are mistakes and mentors. Mistakes are the hard way; the school of hard knocks. Mentors are the easiest; the most direct way to success. However, no one said that it has to be hard. If you are a successful business person, you’re most likely proud of your accomplishments and confident in your ability to deliver results. But one might consider this: Study after study has proven unequivocally that teams accomplish MUCH more than individuals. This also includes individuals who are superstars.
· Think about it, as good a basketball player as Michael Jordan was, he was much more effective when he was teamed up with Scotty Pippen. Once separated, neither one of them reached the same level of success.
· How about music? The Rolling Stones are arguably the most successful rock band ever. Yet their solo albums and tours never came close to their combined success.
· Donald Trump and Bill Gates teamed up with experts in their respective fields to create financial dynasties. (Remember what happened when Trump tried to do it all on his own? That’s right – bankruptcy!)

The power of a team can be very powerful. By signing up for my Wealth Accumulation System, you will learn how to put together your very own wealth team and how to structure powerful relationships that can make the whole MUCH greater than the sum of its parts.

Everyone can’t be great with everything. We are only human. Good teammates pick up where you leave off. But, in business you’ve got to approach teamwork with intelligence:
· Identify the best partner or partners.
· Strike the right deal.
· Formalize the agreement.
· Measure your success.
· Build in Accountability.

Well run teams can bring you to greater heights than you can even imagine. Start teaming up intelligently today. If you’re ready to get on the fast track to success, sign up for my Wealth Accumulation program. It will save you more than you can imagine.
