Improve Your Mindset Part 1

<p> Are your finances so lethargic that they’ve got not pulse at all? Many people make the mistake of thinking that you have to have money to make money. Or that you can’t get ahead financially without some kind of a head start. That’s simply not true. Wealth creation is a function of your mindset. It is not your upbringing, your education, or your social status. <p>

 

<h2> Your Mindset <h2>

<p> Napoleon Hill made the point in his classic “Think and Grow Rich.” Your finances are a function of how you think. If you think poor, you’ll most likely be poor. If you think rich, you’ll most likely be rich. There are dozens, if not hundreds of ways to create wealth. Early in my wealth building career, I though that the way to build wealth was to have as many streams of income as possible. So, I learned everything I could about the different ways to make money. <br>

 

  • Rehab houses. First, I found the bargains, evaluating the amount of work needed to resell them, completing the work and of course marketing them for sale. <br>

 

  • Build a service Business. In my case it was the law firm and title company. <br>

 

  • Build New Homes. First, with modular construction, then with stick build or sit build homes. <br>

 

  • Trade Futures by evaluating different technical patterns and anticipating market movements. <p>

 

<p> Along the way, something began to dawn on me. I was learning a great deal about making money, but I wasn’t making much in the process. In other words, I was dabbling in many different areas instead of creating my own niche. <p>

 

<p>In order to build a massive income, you’ve got to find your “sweet spot.” Then, stay focused on it! Develop your own area of expertise, your own niche, and stick with it. Stop pursuing every good idea that comes your way. You will diffuse your efforts and water down your results. Learn to say “NO!” to proposals that are offered to you. Even if someone has a great business idea, it may not be great for you or right for you at this time. <p>
